It also talks about the current dental topics, the importance of hygiene and oral care for us and our families, including information about cosmetics.
In this blog, we care to spread health and cultural awareness of dentistry and to give everything related to dental medicine to to our viewers.

... let's start ...

Overview
The study of dentistry includes related to this specialization and many fields and thus you will learn to treat different cases and prevent dental problems after specialization, you will work in the field of a dentist and may specialize in maxillofacial surgery and other specialties.

Contents of the Study
You will initially study the organs of the body, its tasks is to know more about our teeth, the place of pain, dealing with patients and the various processes related to this specialization.
You will be trained in a simulation of the human head, teeth made of plastic, as well as sculpting of teeth using soap or wax.
After dealing deeper into the study, you will arrive at the actual work stage by treating some real medical conditions under the supervision of the course physician.

The university application stage
The stage of applying to the university is one of the most difficult priorities that the student must take after his graduation, and your choice of the university is due to specialization, cost, and the number of years that you consider suitable for you and your family.

The College
The faculties of dentistry are among the colleges that are most committed to the laws and regulations and their application. The dental curriculum differs from the curricula of other medical specialties, and it has its own method of education, which is simple and easy, success in it is what the colleges aim to know every person who has its right. You can also communicate between the faculty members of students and doctors with ease and you can learn from their previous experiences and their experiences in life.

Official Wear (Uniform)
What is called a uniform. Boys' clothing: white scrap, scrap lab + lab coat. The college provides lab coats for boys and girls and they take measurements and stitching.
Girls' wear: white scrap + lab coat to knee + white boots. In the lab: wearing a mask, white boots, gloves and glasses

Study Dates
The years of studying dentistry depends on the country that you are going to study in, and the year usually consists of two semesters, and the semester contains 4 months. In my school consist of 6 years of study. And opening times, with the beginning of official working hours, will be at 7 o'clock and a maximum of 7 or 8 o'clock.

Subjects
Per semester it usually consist of 28 units with major and minor subjects. Some of the major subjects are:
Human anatomy, Biochemistry, Dental morphology, General histology, General physiology, General microbiology & immunology, Oral biology, General pathology, Endodontics, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, Pediatric dentistry, Periodontology, Prosthodontics, Pharmacology, Dental Radiology, Oral Pathology, Dental material, Oral anatomy, Restorative Dentistry. Subjects or subject’s titles may differ from one college to another.

The First Days in the Classroom
You will meet many students who really convince you that a high degree does not matter whether or not you are an excellent doctor. Some even asserted that it is not possible to obtain a high degree because you are in the "College of Medicine", justifying this by its difficulty and its need for big minds, forgetting that success is 99% diligence. You will meet different students and you will notice the student’s different minds.

Through my experience and experience with these types of students, most of those who is around you, whether or not they belong to the medical field, see success as important, excellence is tertiary, because obtaining a high degree is a "miracle"! Rather, it was the case for some to believe that the high grade is nothing more than a "book bunch". You should never waste your time with that type of lecturer. Bring your laptop or book and listen or study even if for another subject during his speech. To benefit from the time, always learn to manage stress and develop yourself.

The Exams
Considering there is a monthly tests, and each month examination of consist of: prelim, midterm, semifinal and final. At the end of the last test from the fourth month, the teacher collects the total grade from the beginning of the study to the end of the final test added by the grades which divided into short and monthly tests, homework, projects and research required by the teacher. The test date is determined after the agreement between students and doctors to reach the appropriate date.
It is very normal for some students to have a test and submit duties, research or presentation on the same day so my advice to you is: do everything first-hand and do not postpone something, the closer you approach to the end of the term, the more costs and pressure increase.
The duration of the tests is two weeks, and it is possible that the number of days increases if the number of materials is large, and the final 3 weeks. Likewise, the number of days may increase if the materials are many.

Studying
The dental specialization contains a lot of basic subjects and the materials vary from year to year and you will need to study first or at least read so that the information is present in your mind because you will need it in the coming years from your studies or in clinics, any question that is difficult for you to understand try to ask your professor with specific subjects. Your goal is to excel and graduate at a high knowledge, not just success.

Clinics
It is the beautiful part of your dental study, which is clinics, and your work is usually weekly. The feeling of being in the clinic, using the clinic's equipment, bringing the patients and treating them is an indescribable feeling, and it gives you confidence in yourself and a great motivation to continue your education and achieve a lot of efforts to reach the your goals in life. However, to reach this stage, you will face many difficulties, more learning, training and success.

Stress and Difficulties
Be certain that it is not easy to be a doctor and the path to reach is lethal, especially with the long-term and system of tests. Patience must be in the cause. It will be in many sacrifices, such as playing games, visits and sorties, sitting with family and friends, or even lack of sleep due to studying.

<<< Finally >>>

The first two years will be simple and easy for you to learn because it will contain materials that you studied in the secondary stage, but it will be greater in detail, but in the third year that follows, there will be psychological pressure and difficulties facing you in your studies.

Also, you will encounter difficulties in clinics, for example, it is hard to find special cases or patients easily. Any major that requires great effort and determination to reach graduation and the happiness of your family, a dentist serving the community.

[[Important Advices]]
1.     Time management is very, very necessary and your success lies in it.
2.     Accumulating lectures does not work and drags you into failure, as reaching the end of term with accumulation will prevent you from passing the course.
3.     Take care of the most materials in the number of hours and never waste them, no matter how much it costs you. And do not forget about the other subjects, as it could be the reason for raising your rate when any other materials fail.
4.     Language is not a hindrance in the medical school, I believe it is a lie and a lie, its sincerity is represented in the first days only by virtue of the lecturers' dealing with students plus the difficulty progresses, with the days you will reveal their lies.
5.     Remember that you need to understand both medicals (Latin) and English terms, so "tighten your tricks".
6.     Language is never a hindrance, but you can break its barrier in the beginning by translating your lectures up to date so that you can get used to studying them without translating them.
7.     Follow the method that suits you in the study and do not adopt a method that does not suit you.
8.     Gold years It is said that from 20-30 years of a person’s life is the ‘ten’ golden years, you will have the capabilities and ability to learn, so do not put them down.
9.     Take advice from those who underestimate and regret, in which they come in contact with your heart and mind.
10. Grades are not all, but they are important it does not necessarily mean that you do not get the A + that you are a student who is not diligent or not struggling, but it means that there is a defect in your path (and you are free to discover it). In the end, if you did what you could and did not get the excellent degree, the most important thing is that you have knowledge of the thing and full knowledge of what you study.
11. Hating or hating a particular substance does not mean that you “pull on it” because medicine, as a science, is based on each other.
12. Fill in your spare time with research work I do not mean here to start research, but to learn how to start and avoid mistakes and obstacles that others have gone through, 20 minutes of reading per day = 5 days a year of full and strong knowledge that is added to you without knowledge.
13. Learn to differentiate between what you choose for yourself and your judgment on others.
14. Don't be fooled by the enthusiasm of the first days and make your vigor high and steady.
15. Priorities, not urgent / important is the most important thing.
16. Table the things that you did not understand and ask your teacher about it to find the answer.
17. Do not be the super person, do not do group things on your own, do not put yourself on the shoulders of no one.
18. Learn from others and benefit from them and benefit them.
19. You are not required to succeed 'on your own' in college, you are a full payment and you are highly valued for this country.
20. The grades come and go, but the knowledge is the one that stays in your head. Because the grades in the clinics are not always everything, sometimes you collect a lot of grades because your cases are all easy, and you may lose many grades because the situation is more difficult; The bottom line is the amount of things you have learned, not the degrees you have collected.
21. Do not go to the clinic and you are not ready or without complete tools. You must be prepared and understand your plan before going to the clinic and starting work.
22. Tell your patient in about the appointment, tell him that if he misses the appointment or is late what will happen to him - and these conditions are present in the file and the patient signs - you must be firm in arranging your schedule, otherwise you may miss many dates. Also, the patient’s call to book an appointment is two days before the clinic for two reasons:
1.   Imagine yourself in his place! Keep in mind that a person has responsibilities and obligations that he needs to regulate.
2.   To be more professional. What kind of doctors calls at night to make an appointment?
23. Do all of the previous advice well and leave your mind to remember.
